Our products
We sell porcelain and ceramic pieces selected in Jingdezhen, China. Many are kiln-fired in small batches: glaze tone, speckling and small surface variations are inherent to the process and are not defects. The making method (hand-painted, carved, moulded, transfer-decorated, etc.) is stated on each product page, and screen colours may differ slightly from real life.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Your order is confirmed when payment completes, and an order number starting with JC is shown and kept for lookup on the Track Order page.
Shipping, returns & breakage
Every order has a flat $15 worldwide shipping fee. Orders are dispatched from China within 3 days and estimated transit is 10–20 days. Our 7-day return, buyer-paid return shipping, refund timing and breakage policies are described on the Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms. Import duties, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Liability
Our products are decorative and household items; please inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us within 48 hours about transit damage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Who we are
Qingci (青瓷集) is a trading name used by an independently operated online seller based in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China. It is not presented as a registered limited company.
