What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, country and shipping address — the minimum needed to deliver your order and answer questions about it. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store the email you provide. Like most websites, our server also records basic technical data (IP-derived region, pages visited) to keep the site working and understand traffic.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see or store it. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the payment step.
How we use your information
To fulfil and ship orders, to respond to support requests, and — only if you subscribed — to send occasional news about new arrivals. Every newsletter can be opted out of by replying to it.
What we share
Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your parcel; Stripe processes your payment. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Cookies & local storage
We use browser local storage to remember your cart and language preference. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
Email us any time to ask what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We keep order records only as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes.
